You Turn Residential is a Mental Health agency offering 23-Hour Crisis Stabilization, as well as Community Stabilization services. Our mission is to deliver exceptional treatment for individuals experiencing mental health or substance abuse related crises.
23 Hour Crisis Stabilization
Our 23-Hour Crisis Stabilization Program provides immediate treatment and support by a team of mental health professionals for individuals experiencing behavioral health crises. Conducted in a community-based clinic, this service offers a safe, supportive environment for observation, assessment, and stabilization for up to 23 hours. We perform thorough evaluations of crisis-related and psychosocial needs to help identify appropriate resources, prevent unnecessary hospitalization, and determine whether a higher level of inpatient care is needed. Our program also includes on-site nursing staff to support medical monitoring, coordinate care, and help ensure each individual’s safety and well-being throughout their stay.
Community Stabilization Services
Community Stabilization Services are designed to support individuals in maintaining stability and safety within their community. These services offer short-term assistance during vulnerable periods, helping individuals manage challenges, access resources, and avoid unnecessary escalation to a higher level of care.
- After a mobile crisis response and before ongoing follow-up care
- When stepping down from a higher level of care to a lower level of care
- When interventions are needed to help prevent hospitalization or other intensive services
We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to support individuals experiencing behavioral health crises.
